Peppol and e-invoicing providers in the Netherlands
Dutch businesses connect to Peppol in one of three ways: through accounting or ERP software that supports it, through a Peppol service provider, or through an invoice portal where you type invoices in [2]. The Dutch Peppol Authority lists 60 service providers, without prices [1]. Below are the tools Dutch sole traders, BVs, associations and foundations use, with prices, free plans and whether they send and receive over Peppol, each linked to its source.

What the columns and filters mean
- Free plan: a EUR 0 plan with no time limit. Read the limits: some free plans have no Peppol at all.
- Price: the cheapest paid plan per month as the vendor publishes it. Watch excl./incl. btw and monthly vs yearly billing; some vendors also charge per e-invoice sent or received.
- Send / receive: not every tool does both over Peppol yet. Some only send, some receive only on a higher plan.
- Peppol access point: "yes" means the vendor (or its group) is on the OpenPeppol list of certified service providers [3]; "no" means it says it uses a partner. Empty means the vendor doesn't say.
How we build this list
- We started from the tools Dutch small businesses use most and the Dutch Peppol Authority's provider list [1], and read every price on the vendor's own Dutch page on 9 October 2026.
- The list is alphabetical by default; you can sort by price. No stars, scores or reviews.
- Featured listings (paid placement) appear in a separate box at the top with the label Ad. Payment never changes the order of the regular list or the data. Affiliate links, where there are any, carry the label Ad too.
- Not listed because we couldn't verify them on 9 October 2026: FactuurSturen.nl and Gekko (their websites didn't load for us).
Costs vary a lot: the Peppol Authority notes that some packages include Peppol at no extra cost, others charge per invoice, and some send free but charge for receiving [4].

- Compare column by column in the comparison table, or by price on e-invoicing prices.
- Which provider does your customer use? Use the Peppol ID lookup.
Vendors can claim and complete their profile for free.
