Dutch online bookkeeping. Its Peppol guide says you activate Peppol from the administration and can 'e-facturen via Peppol versturen én ontvangen' without external platforms (KvK extract required in NL). Pricing pages don't say which packages include Peppol or whether any per-invoice fee applies; access point not named on vendor site.
