Dutch bookkeeping software. Peppol sending from SnelStart Web from the inStap package (sent as UBL 2.0); receiving needs a one-off KvK verification and a free 'E-facturen ontvangen' koppeling ('Er zijn geen kosten verbonden aan deze koppeling'); e-invoices to foreign customers (e.g. Belgium) only via SnelStart Polaris since 1 Jan 2026. No Peppol per-invoice fee is stated; access point not named on vendor site.
