AFAS is its own certified Peppol service provider: Profit sends (NLCIUS or Peppol BIS v3) and receives over Peppol, and AFAS calls the Peppol function 'Helemaal gratis'; for Dutch customers it is available from Profit 8, after a KYC check. Profit pricing is per headcount on request; AFAS SB (EUR 59.99/month) lists 'UBL / e-factureren' but its pages don't say whether Peppol is included.
