Advertise and claim your profile

E-Invoice Map lists e-invoicing providers for free, based on public sources. If you are one of them, here is what you can do.

Claim your profile (free)

• Verify that you represent the company, by an email address on your own domain or a DNS TXT record.
• Correct facts (prices, free plan, capabilities, languages), each with a link to your own page as the source.
• Add your logo and a short description written by you, shown as such.

Claiming is free and never changes your position in any list. Claim your profile: choose your profile and verify that it is yours. A person reviews what you send before it is published. A single correction can still go through Report a problem, linked at the bottom of every page.

Featured listing (paid)

• Where it shows, in the country you book:
  • at the top of the country page, under its header;
  • above the table on every provider list and comparison page of that country;
  • in the Peppol lookup, under a result where an invoice won't or may not arrive ("Need a provider?").
• It costs €149 per month per country, excluding VAT, billed monthly, cancellable at any time. Bundles of several countries on request.
• The box is always labelled as an ad ("Featured · Ad / Advertentie / Annonce / Anzeige / Annonse") and says it is paid. Links in it are marked sponsored for search engines.
• It shows your product name, its price and free-plan facts from your profile, and a link to your website. No images, no tracking, no third-party scripts.
• It appears with the next daily update of the site, normally within 24 hours of payment, and runs to the last day you paid for. Several Featured providers in one country are shown in a fixed order: the earliest booking first.
• It never changes the data on your profile, the order of the alphabetical list, the lookup or the market-share report. See how we rank.

Featured listings are sold to businesses only, with a valid VAT ID checked in VIES, and only to businesses established outside Spain. Booking one is subject to the terms, section 6.

Book online. Log in or create an account with your company email address. If that address is at your product's website domain, the account page lists the products you can book, the places left and the price, and takes you to the payment page. You can cancel at any time; the listing then runs to the last day you paid for.

Sponsor slots and data

A sponsor banner on a country page and a quarterly market-share data report (CSV and PDF) will follow. Ask about them by writing to [email protected] from your company address.

Our audience

Ask us for current visitor numbers at [email protected]: we count them from our own server log, without cookies. We do not sell personal data and do not run third-party ad networks.

What we never do

• Rank providers for money, or let payment change any fact.
• Publish invented reviews, ratings or customer numbers.
• Send unsolicited commercial email.
