What the columns mean
- Send / receive / process. Can the tool send e-invoices over Peppol, receive them, and book or follow up incoming invoices? Several Dutch tools only recently added Peppol, and some not yet: e-Boekhouden.nl says it is still working on it [4], and Twinfield sends real Peppol e-invoices through a partner [5].
- Free plan. A EUR 0 plan with no time limit. A trial or "first months free" doesn't count.
- Entry price. The cheapest paid plan as advertised, with its terms (excl. btw, yearly billing, and so on).
- Pricing model. Flat, per user, per document or per e-invoice. See e-invoicing prices.
- Audience. Some tools are for sole traders only, others only through an accountant.
Which columns matter for you?

Between businesses, e-invoicing isn't mandatory yet; the government plans it from 1 July 2030 under the European standard EN 16931 [3]. A tool that already sends and receives over Peppol covers you for that too, if Peppol becomes the chosen network (not decided yet) [3].
How we sort
Alphabetical by default; you can sort by entry price. Payment never changes the order or the data. Featured listings (paid) would carry the label Ad; there are none, and there are no affiliate links. Full list with filters: Peppol providers.
