Exact says Peppol sending and receiving is 'standaard beschikbaar in alle oplossingen van Exact', with registration done once from the administration; the cheapest route is Exact Online Factuur (EUR 7.50/month excl. btw, 25 invoices then EUR 0.50 each). Exact's own pages state no Peppol-specific fee, but automatic processing of incoming documents beyond 3/month costs EUR 0.39-0.50 per document; access point not named on vendor site.
