Teamleader is a Belgian software vendor (now part of the Visma group) with two products for Peppol invoicing: the lightweight Teamleader One for sole traders and the fuller Teamleader Focus for SMEs ^[1][2].

Teamleader Focus

Important: Smart doesn't receive Peppol

In Teamleader Focus, receiving Peppol invoices starts at Grow ^[2]. Since 1 January 2026, almost every Belgian VAT-registered business must also be able to receive. On Smart you therefore need another way to receive purchase invoices, for example through your accountant or a free receive-only solution. See who must use Peppol.

Note that your enterprise number can only be registered with one Peppol address book (SMP) at a time. Check it with check your Peppol registration.

Who it suits

• One: sole traders who only want to invoice and prefer a fixed yearly price.
• Focus: SMEs that want sales, projects and invoicing in one tool.
