Message kit for e-invoicing

Message kit

Which message?

For example 0208:0521875440. Check your number in the lookup

Everything stays in your browser: we don't see, store or send anything. You send the message yourself.

When you start sending or receiving e-invoices, your customers and suppliers need to know your Peppol ID and what changes for them. Pick a message, fill in your details, and copy it into your own email or letter. The text is filled in in your browser: we don't see, store or send anything.

Which message for what

  • Ask suppliers to send e-invoices to your Peppol ID, with your order number or reference on each invoice.
  • Tell customers you will send e-invoices via Peppol, and ask them to confirm their ID and that they can receive credit notes too.
  • Ask a customer or supplier who isn't on Peppol to register. Check them first with our lookup.
  • Belgium: tell customers you have no Belgian establishment. Businesses not established in Belgium have no obligation to send or receive structured e-invoices, and informing customers is their own responsibility [1].
  • Norway: tell customers that from 1 January 2027 invoices to buyers registered in ELMA must be sent as EHF [2].
  • UAE: give your e-invoicing ID: 0235 followed by your 10-digit TIN, not the 15-digit TRN [3].
  • A line for your email signature or invoice footer with your Peppol ID.

The messages are general templates, not legal advice. Check the official sources for your situation.
