Bulk Peppol check

Paste a list of customer or supplier numbers, one per line, or open a CSV export from your accounting software. For each number you see whether the company can receive e-invoices over Peppol today, which provider (access point) receives them, and its exact Peppol ID. Download CSV gives you the table for your own records.

Check a list of companies

Up to 100 numbers per list and 200 per day, free and without sign-up. Larger lists: an API is coming soon.

We don't store your list. Your file is read in your browser and only the numbers are sent. Each number is checked like a single lookup, and the answer is kept for up to 24 hours under a scrambled key, as for any lookup.

Which number does each country use on Peppol? See the ID schemes.

What the answers mean

  • Yes, over Peppol: the company is registered on the network and lists at least one invoice type. Your provider can send to the Peppol ID shown.
  • On Peppol, but no invoice type listed: the company is registered but, for now, only receives other documents (for example order responses). Ask it before you switch.
  • Not on Peppol: no registration for this number. Check the number, try another of the company's numbers (VAT instead of company number), or ask the company which ID it uses. Details opens the single lookup with what to do next.
  • Couldn't check: the company's provider didn't answer in time. Try again later.

We check each number live in the Peppol network's own registry (SML) and the provider's record (SMP) [1]. Numbers are recognised in the formats of the ID-scheme table [2]; for other countries, type the full Peppol ID, for example 0007: followed by a Swedish organisation number.

Limits and privacy

The check is free for up to 100 numbers per list and 200 a day. For larger lists an API is coming. We don't ask for your email and we don't keep your list: only the numbers are sent, each answer is cached for up to 24 hours under a scrambled key like any single lookup, and we show provider details only, never company names or contacts.
