What all ASPs must offer. To be accredited, a provider must be an active Peppol-certified service provider that has passed the OpenPeppol conformance tests [3], and must declare a commitment to 100 free e-invoice exchange and reporting services per year from the signature of the end-user agreement [2]. Ask for this to be written into your contract.

Prices. Public prices start at USD 8 per month. Prices were checked on 6 Oct 2026 on the vendor's site; they can change at any time.

Notes

E-Document connectors need a contract with the provider: "Using the service might incur extra costs." (BC e-invoicing FAQ) The UAE is not an official Microsoft BC localization (no AE package in update 29.0; it runs on W1). Built-in Peppol connectors (Avalara, B2BRouter, Continia, Logiq, Pagero, SignUp) are BIS 3.0, not PINT AE. UAE e-invoicing comes from partner apps on Microsoft Marketplace. Pagero Gulf FZ-LLC is on the MoF ASP list (153759), but Microsoft does not name a UAE route. A Microsoft release-plan URL for UAE e-invoicing exists for Dynamics 365 Finance (not BC); it now redirects to the wave-1 list, which no longer shows it. There is no en-ae pricing page (404), so prices are from en-us, which says they "may not be reflective of actual list price due to currency, country, and regional variant factors". BC is sold through partners.
