SunTec Xelerate E-Invoicing is run by International Information Technology Co, listed by the Oman Tax Authority as an accredited e-invoicing service provider for Fawtara [1].

Notes
The accredited entity is IITC, an Omani IT systems integrator; SunTec's Oman page says SunTec 'has partnered with International Information Technology Co. LLC (IITC), to deliver an accredited access point'. The Peppol AP/SMP certificate claim is on SunTec's UAE page, not the Oman page. IITC's own homepage does not mention e-invoicing and its TLS certificate expired on 2026-09-21.
