The accredited entity is UTTS, an Oman-based business group (consulting, ICT, energy, trade); its site says 'UTTS is a Pre-approved E-Invoicing Provider by the Tax Authority in Oman' but does not name Accqrate, Peppol or Fawtara. Integrations and the Peppol AP claim come from the Accqrate brand's UAE site (BBIT Accqrate, Iteron AG); bbit-accqrate.com has no Oman page.
