France approved e-invoicing platforms (PA) list 2026: every operator registered by the DGFiP

The French tax authority (DGFiP) publishes the list of approved e-invoicing platforms (plateformes agréées, PA) on impots.gouv.fr ^[1]. We reload it every day from the official files ^[2][3] and add what the list does not say: which invoicing software runs through each platform, which ones have a free plan, and their public prices.

The numbers on 6 October 2026

• 149 rows in the list of operators that meet every condition, interoperability tests included ^[1][2].
• 14 operators have filed a complete application and are still waiting to pass those tests before final registration ^[1][3].
• 109 of the 149 operators are French companies; the others come from 11 European countries, including Italy, Germany, Spain and Belgium ^[2].
• The earliest approval dates go back to 11 December 2025, the latest to 28 August 2026 ^[2].

A row is not always a separate company: one group can appear under two names (for example "KOLECTO PA" and "KOLECTO PDP", or "EDICOM France" and "EDICOM Group") ^[2].

What approval guarantees

An approved platform is registered by the state for a renewable three-year term ^[4]. To get there it must show tax compliance, secure infrastructure and interoperability with the public portal and other platforms ^[1]. The DGFiP requires, among other things, ISO 27001 certification for the e-invoicing scope, data hosting in the European Union and regular audits ^[5].

Approval says nothing about price, ease of use or target customers. Many listed platforms serve large companies and software vendors; others are built for sole traders. The filters below help sort them.

How to read our list

A compatible solution can only be used if it is connected to at least one approved platform ^[6]. If your software is not on the official list, look for it under "Connected software" or ask the vendor for the name of its partner platform.

What we do not publish

The DGFiP files contain contact email addresses: we do not republish them. No reviews or ratings, only sourced facts. New registrations and removals appear in our changelog the day after the DGFiP publishes them.

What about the directory?

The approved-platform list is not the directory (annuaire). The directory records which platform receives each business's invoices; it is run by the administration and made available to approved platforms for routing invoices ^[6][7]. Your platform registers you in it ^[6]. Our lookup tool only sees French platforms connected to the Peppol network (SIREN/SIRET identifiers, scheme 0225): platforms that exchange through other channels do not show up.
