KBC's SME Peppol offer is Billit (a Peppol access point) built into KBC Mobile/Touch; the connection is free and new contracts get 12 months free, then standard Billit prices. Needs a KBC business account and an activated CODA link; KBC says that without a subscription you lose visibility of outgoing invoices.
