The company behind Odoo is based in Belgium. According to its own pages, it can process e-invoices. It does not publish prices: they are on request. It offers a free plan; the limits are below.

What all ASPs must offer. To be accredited, a provider must be an active Peppol-certified service provider that has passed the OpenPeppol conformance tests ^[3], and must declare a commitment to 100 free e-invoice exchange and reporting services per year from the signature of the end-user agreement ^[2]. Ask for this to be written into your contract.

Not on the MoF ASP list. Odoo's blog (21 Apr 2026) says its ISO 27001 certification enables it to operate a Peppol access point in the UAE, but no UAE e-invoicing product or date is announced on odoo.com. Third-party Odoo Apps modules connect to ASPs. UAE prices not recorded: odoo.com sets the currency from the visitor's location.
