DigiTax is sold by Namiri Technology Services L.L.C. According to its own pages, it can send and receive e-invoices. Formats it names: PINT AE. It does not publish prices: they are on request. We could not confirm whether it has a free plan.

What all ASPs must offer. To be accredited, a provider must be an active Peppol-certified service provider that has passed the OpenPeppol conformance tests ^[3], and must declare a commitment to 100 free e-invoice exchange and reporting services per year from the signature of the end-user agreement ^[2]. Ask for this to be written into your contract.
