Comarch e-Invoicing is sold by Comarch Middle East FZ LLC, a company based in Poland. According to its own pages, it can send and receive e-invoices. Formats it names: PINT AE. It does not publish prices: they are on request. We could not confirm whether it has a free plan.

Comarch e-Invoicing is listed by the UAE Ministry of Finance as an Accredited Service Provider (accreditation no. 110668) [1].

What all ASPs must offer. To be accredited, a provider must be an active Peppol-certified service provider that has passed the OpenPeppol conformance tests [3], and must declare a commitment to 100 free e-invoice exchange and reporting services per year from the signature of the end-user agreement [2]. Ask for this to be written into your contract.

Prices. We found no published price; ask the vendor. Prices were checked on 6 Oct 2026 on the vendor's site; they can change at any time.

Notes

The general e-invoicing page says 'certified PEPPOL Access Point' and OpenPEPPOL member. The UAE page says 'official Accredited Service Provider (ASP) in the UAE', aligned with Peppol and PINT AE. ERPs are listed on the general page, not the UAE page; it also names QuickBooks, Exact and others. hq_country PL refers to the parent Comarch SA.
