Certified e-invoicing providers in Slovakia

From 1 January 2027, Slovak e-invoices travel through a certified delivery service provider, which the Financial Administration calls a digitálny poštár ("digital postman") ^[4][5]. Only providers on its register may offer the service ^[4]. On 9 October 2026 the register listed 80 certified providers ^[1], and 14 more were in the accreditation process ^[2].

The table below contains every certified provider, with the facts we could verify on each provider's own website: the product it offers for Slovakia, public prices, free plans and what it does (send, receive, invoicing or accounting).

How to read the list

Certified provider or intermediary? Many Slovak invoicing and accounting programs are not certified themselves. They resell the service of a certified provider as an intermediary (sprostredkovateľ) under their own brand ^[3]. On 9 October 2026 the Financial Administration's app showed about 100 intermediaries, for example KROS (through eConnect), SuperFaktúra (through Flowis) and several invoicing apps. Each profile lists the intermediaries registered under that provider. If your software is an intermediary, you choose it, not the certified provider behind it.

Prices. Most enterprise providers do not publish prices; Slovak providers aimed at small businesses often do. We show a price only when the vendor publishes it for Slovakia, with the vendor's link and the date we checked it. Many Slovak providers offer free receiving. See prices and free plans compared.

Who the providers are. 37 of the 80 are registered as Slovak: invoicing apps, accounting software houses and IT firms. The rest come from 17 other countries, led by Germany (9), Czechia (7) and Belgium (5) ^[1]. They include international Peppol access points, ERP vendors, and audit and tax firms. A firm's place on the register says nothing about whether it serves small businesses; check its profile.

Spanish vendors. Two certified providers, EDICOM and MAROSA VAT, have their head office in Spain.

How to choose and register

1. Ask your invoicing or accounting software first. It may already include a certified provider or work as an intermediary ^[5].
2. Choose one provider for receiving. A business can have only one receiving provider, registered in the central address register; it can send through several ^[6].
3. Select it on the Financial Administration portal (log in, then the provider selection). The selection is a first step; it does not replace a contract with the provider ^[6].
4. Sign the contract. The provider then registers your DIČ on the network.

These providers had applied but were not yet certified [2]: Tieto Finland, ePoštár (Finea), Fynamics Techno Solutions, United Technologies Group, CEGEDIM, Open Text, Ekonóm Trenčín, Descartes Systems (Belgium), GEP Finland, EDISS NETWORK, GENERIX GROUP, Planmee, SEEBURGER and A-Cube. We add them to the table once the register lists them.

What we don't publish

• No ratings, reviews or rankings. We have no basis for them and never invent them.
• No contact data. The Financial Administration's app shows contact persons, email addresses and phone numbers; we don't copy them. Each profile links to the vendor's website instead.
• No customer lists. We never show which companies use a provider.
